  Payment Deadline: This is a deadline by which tuition for current students must be paid or you forfeit your priority in the class over new students. Families who would rather not worry about the Payment Deadline should consider Pay-in-Advance or Credit Card on File, explained on Payment Procedures page.

  100% TUITION-BACK GUARANTEE: If after the first 3 classes of the session you are not entirely happy, Gymport will gladly refund 100% of you tuition for that term. This guarantee is ONLY for families brand new to our program (families who have never previously been enrolled).

Registration Refunds: NO refunds will be given for registration.

Family Discounts: Gymport give a 10% discount for more than 1 child in a family, as well as taking more than 1 class.

Register & Pay: Onsite, by phone or fax and US mail. We can not hold your spot in a class without payment.

Automatic Session to Session enrollment: Your child will automatically enroll in class every session unless you let us know in writing 2 weeks before the session you are dropping.

Invoicing: We will handout invoices 1 week before the payment deadline

Pay-In-Advance: Pay for multiple terms in advance and lock in your child placement in our program for the entire year. If your schedule changes due to an unexpected event we will refund you for that session only. NO REFUNDS are given for registration.

1. Credit Card on File: We will securely keep you credit/debit card on file and automatically charge tuition for each session. If you decide to take a session off, please notify us in writing and you card will not be charged.

$35 Individual/$60 Family Registration Fee: This fee is due upon initial registration and on your anniversary date, thereafter.

Returned Checks: In the event your check is returned as NSF, you will be charged for the amount of the check plus a $25 returned check fee.
 
     
   
   
  Why do I have to pay a registration fee?
The registration fee covers administration costs and guarantees your child/children a spot in our program. NO REFUNDS are given for registration fees.

Do you offer make-ups for missed classes?
Yes, you can make-up any missed class (up to 3) within an 8 week session. No make-ups or refunds will be allowed after the end of the 8 week session.

How long do your sessions run?
8 weeks (on average) depending on the session. Some sessions are longer due to school vacations, and holidays.

Do you offer discounts?
Yes, we offer a 10% discount for families with more than 1 child in our program. We also offer this discount for children taking more than 1 class

Are classes ever cancelled?
Classes are usually cancelled if public school is cancelled due to weather. If this happens, you can make-up the class any time that is convenient for you. We will announce closings on WCOD 106.1 & 96.3 ROSE, as well as our voicemail.
